Terms of Use Agreement

All retail user are including following term and service.

Refund policy

Within 30 days, the product warranty and any sections recorded to this document; the distributor receives a full refund unless stated otherwise in store policy and product warranty. Refunds may not be given on certain circumstances.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of an order for in-stock merchandise which had not been shipped will have no restocking fee; however handling fee of 5% of the original cost of the product stated in the invoice will apply. Cancellation of an order for not-in-stock merchandise which had not been shipped or shipped will have a restocking fee or 20 percent of the original cost of the product stated in the invoice.

Extent Warranty

Acceptance of agreement of MSI (mega sign, inc) provide retail user to continue existing service. Standard Warranty expires 1 year. (Contact customer service to extent service)

Content addition cost (Message or Animation)

First content of messages are provide with free service by determined as sales representative. Animation are stored in Remote Control are offer as free, However custom design(logo, images, etc) are offer threw only PC controller type and charge by Per Text Visualizing , Per Custom Animation, and per durations. (Contact customer service to purchase custom design)

On Site Installation

First time of purchase of retail user purpose.(exclude wholesaler, distributor, and commercial use) Second installation will be charge by various zone Installation conditions. (Contact customer service for installation and permits)
