Limited Warranty

This Document is between Mega Sign, Inc. (¡±MSI¡±), and the undersigned (¡±the Distributor¡±) who had purchased Mega Sign, Inc. product. If in any case (¡±the Distributor¡±) have been not to be present; (¡±the product holder¡±) holds the same document rights as (¡±the Distributor¡±) if (¡±the product holder¡±) retains Mega Sign, Inc. product in proper manner in such way as; final purchaser of the product.

Mega Sign, Inc. provides provisions of warranty to the following conditions;

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DIRECT VENDOR¡¯S LIABILITY FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, DISK, OR ITS DOCUMENTATION EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

The direct vendor makes no warranty or representation, expressed, implied or statutory with respect to the contents or use of this documentation, and especially disclaims its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose unless stated by MSI.

1. Exchange Warranty;
   1. The Distributor receives the limited to the term of 1 year of Exchange warranty since the purchase date.
   2. Underwrite Section 1a) states in sense of providing service in whichever way of providing parts or exchange of the product when the product *mal-function. MSI cannot warranty the product when MSI¡¯s manufactured product has *mal-functioned caused due to extraordinary weather conditions such as; hurricane, tycoon, tsunami, earthquake or such in that matter or damage caused due to misuse, abuse or unsafe electrical conditions of the product.
2. Part Warranty;
   1. The Distributor receives the limited to the term of 3 Year of Part warranty since the purchase date.
   2. Underwrite Section 2a) states in sense of providing service in whichever way of providing parts not exchange of the product when the product*mal-function. MSI cannot warranty the product when MSI¡¯s manufactured product has *mal-functioned caused due to extraordinary weather conditions such as; hurricane, tycoon, tsunami, earthquake or such in that matter or damage caused due to misuse, abuse or unsafe electrical conditions of the product.
   3. Part Warranty does not warranty to exchange the purchased product and shall not be effective unless the fee designated for part warranty is stated in filling document of purchase.
3. Extent Warranty;
   1. Upon acceptance by MSI, the Distributor receives the limited to the term of 1 year of extent part warranty since the purchase date with the cost of $350 when stated in invoice.
   2. Section 3b) withstands same conditions as the section 2b) which declares same value as the part warranty; in sense of providing service in whichever way of providing parts of the product when product caused to *mal-function of the product in. MSI cannot warranty the product when MSI¡¯s manufactured product has *mal-functioned caused due to extraordinary weather conditions such as; hurricane, tycoon, tsunami, earthquake or such in that matter or damage caused due to misuse, abuse or unsafe electrical conditions of the product.
4. Labor Service;
   1. MSI will not provide in service relating to any labor such as; installation, re-installation, delivery. Definition; Mal-function: Any brockage caused within LED Sign system, module, controller; Diffuse or unlighted of LED light bulbs 0.4% per sign; withstanding sections all above.
